Jennifer Medrano, a 24-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on July 1, 2022, in Chinatown, Illinois. Jennifer was caught in the crossfire during a confrontation between two men in the 2200-block of South Wentworth Avenue. The incident occurred when an argument escalated into a shootout, resulting in Jennifer being fatally shot.
