Cristina Lahoz, a 32-year-old woman from Chicago, was found fatally shot on October 6, 2022, in Bolingbrook, Illinois. She was discovered in the driver's seat of her vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. The vehicle was located about 100 feet off the road in a grassy area near Poplar Park. Despite the efforts of the responding officers to administer life-saving measures, Cristina Lahoz was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Her death is being investigated as a homicide.
