Stephanie Gutierrez, a 20-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically shot and killed on October 30, 2022, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:10 AM, while she was standing on the sidewalk in the 6800 block of West Grand Avenue in the Montclare neighborhood.
