Decarlo S. Douglas, a 34-year-old African American male from Louisville, Kentucky, was tragically killed on November 20, 2022, in Rantoul, Illinois. The incident occurred around 2:20 p.m. at 1104 Falcon Drive, where officers responded to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Decarlo S. Douglas unresponsive and pronounced him dead at the scene at 3:07 p.m. The Champaign County Coroner, Duane Northrup, confirmed that Douglas died from multiple gunshot wounds.
