David Leslie Hagins, a 22-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on December 14, 1980, in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Officer Hagins was responding to an alarm call at a jewelry store located in the Prado Shopping Center on Roswell Road. Upon entering the store, he was ambushed and shot three times.
