In the late afternoon of Sunday, September 14, 2014, a grim discovery was made inside a Sandy Springs, Georgia, apartment that would unravel a story of violence and loss. Byron Lamar Caceres, a 23-year-old male from Norcross, was found deceased alongside 27-year-old Eulalio “Freddie” Mederos-Vega.
