Jerry Self, a 34-year-old white male, was tragically killed on August 21, 1992, in Floyd County, Georgia. On that fateful day, Jerry Self returned to his home and discovered an unfamiliar vehicle, a light brown Oldsmobile Cutlass, parked in his carport.
