Carl Cosby Jr., a 28-year-old man from Atlanta, was tragically shot and killed on November 2, 2016. His body was discovered in the basement of his home on Vanderbilt Court, located in northwest Atlanta. The night of the murder, home surveillance footage showed a man repeatedly ringing the doorbell before gunshots were heard.
