Russell J. Brown, a 42-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on July 29, 1999, in Atlanta, Georgia. Brown was a home day trader who had recently moved his operations to Momentum Securities. On the day of his death, he was one of the victims in a horrific shooting spree that took place at two Atlanta-area day trading firms, Momentum Securities and the All-Tech Investment Group.
