In the predawn hours of May 13, 2008, the aspiring music career of a young man from Nashville was tragically cut short on the streets of Atlanta, Georgia. Twenty-one-year-old Iman A. 'Snoop' Cannon, a male who had moved to the city with dreams of making his mark in the hip-hop world, was discovered deceased behind a commercial building on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway. He had been shot twice, his life taken just as he was immersing himself in the local music scene.
