On the evening of February 10, 2024, 16-year-old Marcellius "Fendi" Satrone Stokes was fatally shot in Atlanta's Peoplestown neighborhood. Responding to a call around 11 p.m. on the 900 block of Linam Avenue, police found Marcellius with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries despite lifesaving efforts.
