Joseph L. McDonald, a 12-year-old African American boy from Snellville, GA, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2013. Joseph, affectionately known as "Suga Bear," was a sixth-grade student at Shiloh Middle School and was active in the Royals Little League at Gillespie Park.
