Vincent Phan, a 24-year-old autistic male from Lawrenceville, GA, tragically died on January 30, 2014. His death was the result of a murder-suicide orchestrated by his mother, Thuy Phan, aged 48. The bodies of Vincent and Thuy were discovered by Gwinnett Police at Rock Springs Park in Lawrenceville. Both had succumbed to gunshot wounds.
