In the early morning hours of April 14, 2014, the life of 26-year-old Mandrekgus Delvin Bonner was cut short in a hail of gunfire. The male victim was found shot to death in the driveway of his own home on East 11th Street in Waynesboro, Georgia. What initially appeared to be a drive-by shooting unfolded into a larger, more complex investigation that would ultimately point to a chaotic gun battle.
