Death by Force

Zakeem Berry, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2014, in Kennesaw, Georgia. Berry, who worked as a security guard at Town Center Mall, was found in the roadway near a Red Lobster on George Busbee Parkway with a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred late Friday night, and the Cobb County police were called to the scene following reports of shots being fired.
