A shopping trip to Cumberland Mall turned tragic for 55-year-old Violet Lambert of Atlanta. In the parking lot, she was shot multiple times in a violent confrontation. Witnesses at the scene described the harrowing event, with one noting she had been shot in the eye. Despite efforts to save her, Lambert succumbed to her injuries at a local hospital.
