Rubii Wandi Cross, a 34-year-old African American woman from Stone Mountain, Georgia, tragically lost her life on April 26, 2014. The incident occurred in her residence on Mossy Creek Drive in unincorporated Stone Mountain, located in south Gwinnett County.
