Justin Jamil Foster, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 26, 2014, in Rome, Georgia. Foster was fatally shot at the Chevy Club on Cave Spring Road. The incident occurred during a confrontation where Randy Clowers, Jr., aged 23, opened fire after a physical altercation involving his friend.
