Veondus Ikeyon Dennis, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 10, 2014, in Decatur, Georgia. The incident occurred following a dispute that began at South DeKalb Mall and escalated into a fatal drive-by shooting on Shamrock Drive.
