Darius Bottoms, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 13, 2014, in Atlanta, Georgia. Darius, the nephew of then-councilwoman Keisha Lance Bottoms, was driving his silver Hyundai Elantra along Legacy Drive in southwest Atlanta when he was ambushed and shot in the head.
