Gary Mincy, a 50-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on April 3, 2015, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the parking lot of Henry's Pack-a-Sack off Joseph E. Boone Boulevard. Mincy was sitting in his car when Jabri Mathis, a 25-year-old man, approached him.
