Brandon Burns, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 15, 2014, in northwest Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. at a home on Lookout Avenue. According to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office, Brandon Burns died at the scene from a single gunshot wound to the chest. Atlanta police Lt.
