Tiffany Stephens, a 23-year-old African American woman, was tragically found dead in her apartment in DeKalb County, Atlanta, GA, on August 7, 2014. Tiffany had recently moved to Atlanta from New York and was living with her boyfriend at the Shoals Crossing apartments. On the night of her death, Tiffany was discovered in her bedroom, having been shot multiple times. There were no signs of forced entry or theft, leading investigators to believe that she might have known her assailant.
