In the spring of 2010, the life of 35-year-old Jamie Hilton-Bey, a Black male resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically cut short. On Thursday, May 20, 2010, Hilton-Bey became the city's 69th homicide victim of the year. The incident that claimed his life occurred in the 2300 block of Lauretta Avenue, a residential street in West Baltimore.
