Hardy Touray, a 45-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 17, 2014, in Atlanta, Georgia. Touray was the owner of 2 Rays Mart, a convenience store located at Stonewall Tell and Butner roads in College Park. On the night of his death, he was ambushed in the driveway of his home on Hilltop Way, just minutes after arriving from his store.
