Jonquaves Holcomb, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 26, 2014, in Augusta, Georgia. Holcomb was a lifelong resident of Augusta and attended schools in Richmond County. His untimely death occurred as a result of a shooting incident on East Cedar Street at Japonica Street around 8:24 p.m. on that fateful Friday night.
