Detavious Jamalcom Milner, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on April 7, 2015, in Rome, Georgia. Milner was shot multiple times at a residence on Copeland Street during a robbery. The incident occurred when three men, Zjuantavious Marquis Jackson, Javarick Javon McCain, and Joseph Hamilton Jackson, entered the home with the intent to rob.
