On a summer evening in Covington, Georgia, a dispute at a gathering tragically cut short the life of 19-year-old Malik Dean Anthony Muschett. On June 22, 2015, deputies from the Newton County Sheriff's Office were called to a residence in the Enclave at High Gate subdivision. A fight had broken out among a group of men and women in the yard, and during the altercation, gunshots were fired. Muschett was struck and subsequently transported to Newton Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. ...
