In the late hours of a Sunday in LaGrange, Georgia, the life of Tobias Tramell Ogletree was tragically cut short. On August 30, 2015, the 24-year-old African American male was at the Good Times Bar and Grill on Hogansville Road. While on the main dance floor of the crowded establishment, an assailant approached him from behind and fatally shot him.
