In the early morning hours of September 22, 2015, the life of 27-year-old Cordeldrick Laquinn Brooks came to a violent end in Augusta, Georgia. The night began with Brooks leaving the home he shared with the mother of his child, driving a white GMC Envoy. In the hours that followed, a series of interactions tracked through cell phone records would lead to a fatal confrontation.
