Antonio Moore, a 38-year-old African American male and retired U.S. Navy veteran, was found dead on September 23, 2015, in a wooded area south of Franklin, Georgia. His partially decomposed body was discovered by hunters, and it was determined that he had been missing since around August 28, 2015. Moore, who was also a student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, was reported missing by his family on September 12, 2015.
