Quincy Hall, 25, a Black man, was shot and killed in the middle of a summer afternoon in Metter, Georgia. Around 3 p.m. on July 11, 2025, officers were dispatched to the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and East Lee Street after reports of gunfire. They found Hall suffering from gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
