Torrey Lee Mincey, a 36-year-old African American male, passed away on November 5, 2016, in Metter, Georgia. Born on December 5, 1979, Mincey was a well-known figure in his community, having attended the public schools of Candler County and graduated from Metter High School in the Class of 2000. He was also associated with several local churches, including St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church and Tremont Temple Missionary Baptist Church.
