In the late hours of a September night in Albany, Georgia, a discovery was made that would forever alter the lives of one family. On September 25, 2015, the body of 31-year-old Kenneth Dewan Washington, a male, was found face down in an alley near the 700 block of West Roosevelt Avenue. Responding to a 'man down' call, officers from the Albany Police Department arrived at the scene to find Washington deceased.
