Anthony Chalmers, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 22, 2016, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred at his apartment on Lanier Street, where he was with two friends, Jonathan Gray, 29, and Baratta Gray, 27. On that fateful evening, Chalmers allowed Khalieff Adams, 21, and Thomas Cothran, 31, along with two other unidentified individuals, into his apartment as they were acquaintances.
