Brandon Mar-quez Champion, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on April 17, 2016, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred early Sunday morning when Savannah-Chatham Metro Police responded to a call about an injured man on the shoulder of Southbound Harry Truman Parkway.
