Darneil Hawkins, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 28, 2016, in Warner Robins, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Budget Inn Motel on Watson Boulevard, where Hawkins was the victim of a robbery attempt that escalated into violence. During the attempted robbery, Hawkins was shot in the chest and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
