Emory Austin Carter Jr., a 20-year-old African American male from Valdosta, GA, was tragically shot to death on November 28, 2016. His death was part of a series of violent events that began earlier that month. On November 14, 2016, Brian Keith Moore, a 25-year-old male, was shot and killed at his residence on Knox Drive in Valdosta.
