Death by Force

On March 5, 2011, Paul Scovens 3rd Simons, age 23, was shot and killed in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident took place on the 400 block of North Montford Avenue. Officers from the Baltimore Police Department responded to reports of gunfire late in the night. Upon arrival, they found Scovens suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
