Andrew Spencer, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on December 30, 2016, at a QuikTrip gas station on Buford Highway in Chamblee, Georgia. Spencer, an aspiring musician, was involved in an altercation with Leroy Starr Copney, Jr., a known gang member affiliated with the "All Star Gangstas," a subset of the Bloods gang.
