Shvensky Collins, a 25-year-old African American male from Moultrie, Georgia, tragically lost his life on May 9, 2017. Collins, affectionately known as "Tadpole," was found with multiple gunshot wounds in Southwest Moultrie. The incident occurred around 1:15 a.m., and he was pronounced dead shortly after at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and the Moultrie Police Department were promptly involved in the investigation.
