Quincy Alford, 24, a Black male, was shot during a crowded late-night party at Spence Field in Moultrie, Georgia, just after 2 a.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2025. Responding officers arrived to find a large crowd fleeing the scene near 390 N. McNaughton Boulevard. Amid the chaos, police discovered Alford suffering from a gunshot wound and rushed him to a hospital. Shortly afterward, a 15-year-old boy separately arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound and was listed in critical condition.
