Daylon Kimini Thomas, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on the night of June 11, 2017, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred outside the Heritage Square Apartments on White Bluff Road. Reports indicate that gunfire erupted around 11:50 p.m., and officers from the Savannah-Chatham Metro Police Department responded to the scene.
