Kelvin Willis, a 39-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on July 4, 2017, in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. on Houston Avenue, where deputies found Willis unresponsive inside an apartment building. He was immediately taken to the Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
