Malcolm Quarterman, a 22-year-old African American male from Augusta, GA, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2017, following a shooting incident at Big Oak Park on Boy Scout Road. The incident occurred on a Sunday evening, and Quarterman was shot at least once. He was immediately rushed to Doctors Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following night.
