Kevin Cerone Taylor, a 37-year-old African American male, was found dead on November 10, 2017, in Powder Springs, Georgia. The Powder Springs Police Department responded to a 911 hang-up call at the Taylors' residence on Mustang Drive around 11 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Kevin Cerone Taylor and his wife, Tia Christian Taylor, also 37, both deceased from gunshot wounds.
