In the late autumn of 2017, a life was tragically cut short in east Macon, Georgia. Jonathan Demarcus Risby, a 24-year-old male, was fatally wounded by gunfire on November 17th. Another individual, a 39-year-old woman, was also injured in the incident. The shooting was not a random act of violence; authorities believed the perpetrator had a specific reason for targeting the victims.
