Jim Julius Baldwin, a 44-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2018, in Macon, Georgia. Baldwin was shot in the main artery of his leg during an altercation on Berker Avenue. After being shot, he managed to run to his sister’s house on Saint Claire Street, where he collapsed at the driveway entrance. Despite being transported to Navicent Health Medical Center, Baldwin was pronounced deceased shortly after his arrival.
