Ismael Ramos, a 19-year-old male from Dublin, Georgia, tragically lost his life on May 10, 2018. Known to his friends and family as "Izzy," Ramos was shot while hanging out on the porch of a house located at 803 Central Avenue. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:42 p.m., when a vehicle circled the block multiple times before opening fire on the porch.
