Chloe Dowdy, an 18-year-old female from Atlanta, GA, tragically lost her life on June 3, 2018. She was found shot to death in a home on Bromack Drive, alongside 25-year-old Christopher Welch. Both victims were shot in the head, with Dowdy dying at the scene and Welch later succumbing to his injuries at Grady Memorial Hospital.
